The Wine Cabinet is the centerpiece of the restaurant’s dining room. It was custom built to house the insured Courvoisier cognac collection. Erté, a French Art Deco artist, designed these eight bottles for Courvoisier that were released between 1988 and 1994. For an idea of how rare it is for collectors to possess the whole collection, ask David for the price of a shot!
The Wine Cabinet also houses other liquors that the Lorenzini family has brought back from distilleries in Mexico, Italy, Scotland, and Russia.
The bottom two shelves display bottles of wine representing wineries that Rico’s has relationships with- whether having visited their wineries in Italy or having hosted them for wine dinners.
Consumption of alcohol purchased outside is not permitted on premises.
